Privacy framework

This packaged build is a software implementation template and must be configured to match the operating organization’s actual privacy practices before production use.

Data handled by the platform

Depending on configuration, the platform can process user identity, brokerage records, contact details, consent evidence, deal workflow state, integration status and audit events. External provider data is not collected unless a connector is actually configured and authorized.

Access, retention and deletion

Production deployments should define documented retention schedules, least-privilege access, correction and deletion processes, incident handling, processor agreements and data-location requirements. Qualified legal and privacy review should be completed before relying on the final policy.
