Platform terms

This packaged build is provided for deployment and configuration by the operating organization. The operator is responsible for user provisioning, data rights, brokerage supervision, applicable real-estate obligations, privacy, anti-spam, record retention and third-party provider contracts.

Decision support

Market, incentive, tax, legal, compliance and closing-cost features are decision-support tools. Material client-facing amounts and eligibility should be confirmed against current authoritative sources and, where appropriate, the relevant lawyer, accountant, lender, regulator or government program administrator.

External services

Third-party integrations remain subject to their own terms, API availability, licensing, security and data-use requirements.
