API & Integrations
Integration-ready by design
The operational workspace is exposed through an authenticated REST boundary so approved provider adapters can connect without coupling the interface to a single vendor.
Connector families
| Family | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Listing & transaction | RESO-compatible MLS access, CREA DDF, showing and transaction systems | Listing status, distribution, showing and file events |
| Communications | SMS/voice, transactional email, calendar | Sequences, appointment coordination and activity capture |
| Acquisition | Lead ads, website forms, partner referrals | Source-aware lead ingestion and attribution |
| Signals | Municipal open data, permitted registry/assessment sources, consented partner feeds | Explainable opportunity signals |
| Finance & compliance | Mortgage partners, compliance workflows, program catalogues | Pre-approval, referral state, verification and file controls |
Connector truthfulness
Adapters begin in Ready to configure. A connector changes to connected only after credentials are stored outside the browser, an authenticated health check succeeds, and the brokerage has the contractual right to use the provider data.
