Brokerage OS Platform
A brokerage operating system—not another disconnected CRM.
Next Real Estate™ is enterprise real estate brokerage software designed as an institutional operating layer for the modern brokerage. It brings CRM, growth intelligence, client operations, transaction execution, compliance, commissions, market intelligence and governed AI into one tenant-scoped workspace.
Operating model
| Layer | Core modules | Decision purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Growth | Command Deck · Deep Search · Leads & Contacts · Follow-Up Engine | Prioritize demand, response and conversion. |
| Transact | Pipeline · Listings · Files & Compliance · Commissions | Execute the transaction with shared context. |
| Intelligence | Market Intel · Programs & Incentives | Turn market, program and operating data into decisions. |
| AI operations | Concierge · Prospector · Programs Scout · Nurture Writer · Compliance Auditor · Market Analyst · Showing Coordinator · Retention Watch | Automate bounded tasks with named human ownership. |
| Enterprise control | Agents & Recruiting · Integrations · Governance | Manage people, connectivity, policy and evidence. |
One operating record
Contacts, consent, signals, sequences, deals, files and commissions share a common brokerage context. This reduces the handoffs and reconciliation work created when separate point solutions each hold a different version of the client or transaction.
Decision surfaces
The interface is deliberately analytical: ranked action queues, explicit system state, explainable scoring, compact tables and controlled use of colour. The objective is to help operators decide and act—not simply to display activity.
Governed AI operations
AI autonomy is assigned per task: Observe, Suggest, Draft for approval, or Act within policy. Every production action should have a named owner, a bounded permission set, an auditable event and an evaluation path before autonomy increases.
Production external actions require configured credentials, provider access, permissions, contractual data rights and brokerage-approved policy. The platform does not represent an integration as live simply because an interface exists.
